We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to management, aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. You will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, providing guidance and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning. In this role, you will proactively assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating these needs proactively with our HR department and business management. You will seek to develop integrated solutions and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. You will be responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. You will provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers, and assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. You must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
